Weight Room

Fedrizzi Fitness Center Annex (Weight Room) The success of Bronco football inevitably begins in the 10,000 square foot strength and conditioning facility, under the tutelage of head strength and conditioning coach Tim Socha and his staff of five full-time or graduate assistant coaches.

Originally opened in 1988, the facility went through a major expansion in 2004, increasing overall space and adding brand new equipment.

Another re-branding will take place in the spring of 2012 as the current equipment set-up will be redone with the latest technology to better improve Bronco athletes on a daily basis.

The facility is fully equipped with free weight racks, nautilus machines and cardio technology.

  • 10,000 Square Foot Strength Training Facility right next to the team locker room
  • Six Strength and Conditioning Staff Members
  • New equipment overhaul scheduled for spring of 2012
  • Position specific programs utilized for speed and strength gain
  • Key focus put on training as a method to help with injury prevention
  • Bronco football nutritional supplements utilized: MuscleMilk, Powerbar, Powerade Milk and good old fashioned Chocolate and Strawberry Milk
